Cafco built our Boston restaurant, so if you’re looking to file a complaint look no further - but we suspect you won’t have any! Cafco joined us on our 2nd site visit back in September 2018 and was a resource throughout our due diligence period and design phase, earning our trust and ingratiating themselves with the project well before it was time to hire a GC. This helpfulness, their incredible reputation within the city specifically as it relates to restaurants, and the interpersonal relation that developed between our team and their team members, is why we decided to go with Cafco. They have been extremely flexible, very willing to work with us throughout the pandemic, and have remained a resource now even after the construction has ended. They also did an amazing job! We owe a debt of gratitude to the Cafco team, owner Adam Amontea, VP Matt Tripp, our project manager Nick Braga, our super duper super Theron Blank, and everyone else who helped along the way.
