A Massachusetts-native and self-proclaimed ski bum, Tim got his start in the industry 15 years ago as the lead bartender at the Aerie Lounge at Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah. His powder days would eventually lead him to a string of high-profile positions, including manager of Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles and AGM for Republique, which won best restaurant LA during his time there.

Tim’s journey would eventually take him back east to Stowe, Vermont, where he ran the wine program at the Lodge at Spruce Peak for three years. While there, he worked on starting the Taste of New England Food Festival, creating a Chef's Table dinner program with his wine recommendations featured in multiple publications. After Covid, Tim took over Michael's on the Hill where he was the Wine Director and General Manager, helping the restaurant grow and flourish during one of the most trying times in the industry. 

Tim’s greatest passion is selling people fun and exciting natural wines, as well as introducing guests to small production wineries that are owned by individuals who have their hands in the dirt and feet in the tank. He is also motivated by making sure every guest has an incredible experience, always striving to be empathetic to their needs and expectations.
