SYDNIE LOBODA

Sydnie Loboda is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience leading high-performing teams, opening award-winning restaurants, and driving operational excellence. Most recently, before joining The Nautilus, she helped launch one of Boston’s newest Italian restaurants, Standard Italian, which went on to earn Best of Boston in its first year.

Sydnie’s beginnings in hospitality started at her mother’s bakery in Melrose, Massachusetts.  Sydnie later dove into management head first, serving as the Beverage Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar where she oversaw a portfolio of 450 wines and 100 spirits, eventually working her way up to be the swanky restaurant’s General Manager. She later merged her bakery and management experience, serving as the General Manager at Tatte Bakery where she thrived leading three of their top earning locations.

She has overseen the reopening of the iconic Boston venues, Eastern Standard, as their Multi-Unit General Manager. With ES Hospitality she also opened the award-winning  high-end cocktail bar Equal Measure that quickly earned industry recognition for its innovation and quality. 

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Sydnie while serving as Director of Operations for the HK Food Group, oversaw the opening of Josephine, a modern Italian concept that quickly garnered critical acclaim.

In her free time, Sydnie can be found hosting regular dinner parties at her home, demonstrating her love and passion for creating a fun setting for her friends and family to come together over her three loves - food, wine and a good cocktail. Sydnie also enjoys traveling because it allows her the opportunity to take a seat in the audience, sit back and enjoy the show.
