Since his start in the industry over fifteen years ago, North Shore native Jason Percival has had an array of experience as a Sommelier. Jason’s passion for constantly learning new things and growing in his career has earned him recognition as an Advanced Sommelier in the Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as his current position as Wine Director of Nautilus Pier 4. In his professional life, Jason has established a love for hospitality and experiencing unfamiliar cultures. “I genuinely enjoy taking care of people, welcoming them into our home, and curating an experience rather than just having dinner.” When he’s not working, Jason can be found at his home in East Boston, enjoying outdoor activities such as running or rock climbing, spending time with friends, working on personal projects, planning trips or cooking dinner (always with a bottle of wine!)
