After an early start to her career in a small banquet center outside of Youngstown, Ohio, Alyse Fiore has opened a multitude of doors with her extensive skill set. Alyse discovered her passion for wine after she began frequenting a local wine and cigar shop in her early 20s, and immersed herself in the industry by talking to sales reps, attending tastings, wine dinners and trade shows. Her passion for food and learning led her to complete the WSET Level 2 in 2020 and WSET Level 3 award in wines in 2022. In the summer of 2023, Alyse took on the role of Sommelier at NP4 and began her studies with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Her passion for creating a genuine memorable experience for each of her guests adds to her success in the field. Outside of the dining room, Alyse enjoys checking out other restaurants and bars in the city, staying active and traveling.
